「人生の目標」というと大袈裟な感じですが、
もうすぐお正月ということもあって、
一年で一番そういうことを考える良い機会が、
「今」ではないでしょうか。
ところで「一年ってあっという間！！」と思いませんか？
そう感じているのは、きっと私だけではないはず・・・
みなさまいかがでしょうか？
8月のメルマガで茂木健一郎さんのお話を紹介しましたが、
「脳が若々しさを保てる状態かどうかは、
『時間をどう感じているか』で分かる」
という事ですから、
私を含めて、一年をあっという間に感じている人は
脳がピンチ？！
さらに「ちょっと怒りっぽくなった」・・・とか
「記憶が衰えてきた」・・・というのは、ボケの前兆！！
だそうです。
脳の中でも特に大切な「前頭葉」の
「栄養」が不足すると、ボケが進行しやすくなると・・・。
その「栄養」とは「ドーパミン」のこと！
そして「ドーパミン」を出すには、
脳が「びっくりポンや～と思うことをすること」
＝「初めてのコト」を体験するのが一番良い！！
ドーパミンを出す為に茂木健一郎さんが薦められた方法は
◆とにかく初めてのコトにチャレンジすること。
◆恥をかいたり失敗したりすることを怖がらないで、
「おっちょこちょいな人」になってしまうこと。
◆子どものように、「根拠の無い自信」をもって挑戦すること。
でした。
だから、
マンネリを脱して、ドーパミンを出すために、
「新しい目標を設定する」ということが、
脳を若々しく保ち、人生を楽しむために大切だということです。
ここで、
私の人生の目標をシェア（分かち合うこと）
したいと思います。
１ 100％の情熱を込めて物事に取り組むこと
２ WIN-WIN-WINを信条に、
関わる全ての人が幸せを分かち合えることを、
物事の取り決めの基準にすること。
３ 私達の事業「コミュニケーションビジネス」で社会に貢献すること。
＝「感動創り」をベースに、お得意様の集客・売上・利益の向上に寄与すること
＝そのためのツールとして、印刷・出版・インターネットの事業を
最適に組み合わせて提供するプロとして成長すること
この「人生の目標」をテーマに
昨日12月22日の英語スピーチとリーダーシップの勉強会
「TOASTMASTERS SASEBO FA」の例会で
「英語」で発表するという挑戦をしました。
まさに、脳を活性化させるため！の
初めてのチャレンジです。
恥をかなぐり捨てて英語の原稿にしてみたら
下記のようになりました。
ネイティブの米国人の会員さんに
おかしいところを直してもらって、やっと出来上がった原稿です。
スピーチも、英語では、なかなかスムーズには話せませんが、
とにかく必死で準備して頑張ってきました。

The purpose of life
Today I am going to talk about the purpose of our life.
Of course we each have our own purpose.
There is some way to think of our purpose of life.
If we think about the purpose of our life in short period like an hour or a day,
We want to get some kind of pleasure, like eating sweets, sleeping, watching TV or drinking beer.
But if we think about our purpose of our life over a long period like a year or three years,
We want to get some kind of improvement, like trying to make our business bigger or better,
learning how to play music, studying English speaking and leadership at Toastmasters.
What is the purpose of your life over a long period.
I am going to share the purpose of my life.
I want to partake in happiness with all people who concern,
Through communication, business and music,
giving 100% of my power to make it.

If we DO NOT try with 100% of our power it will not make a good outcome.
We had better try with 100％ of our power, it will bring a good outcome.
In Japanese isshou-ken-mei.
At least we had better use 100％ power to our business or purpose.
【Second】
Why I try to make WIN-WIN and WIN,
I want to make my customers happy and give them satisfaction,
And I want to make my employees happy, and my business partners too,
And I want to make our company and myself happy.
Because if I take all the profit of the business and not enough pay to concerns, or not give enough quality for our customers, we could not make it again.
Because of this, the employee will not be happy, and my business partner too, and the customer will not order again from our company.
In conclusion, it will not continue, and will not be successful.
It is not easy, because if we pay more than we receive,
It will fall into a deficit.
But I believe that we had better try to make WIN-WIN and WIN to make all concerns happy and to make it continue.

This is the purpose of my life.
I love my business of communication.
Marketing, planning, designing, editing are my business.
And the printing, publishing, internet website are the way of my business.
Now the web marketing is increasing and another side of marketing like a handbill and a flier is decreasing.
People want to get good information of commerce, and use variety of tools like smart phone and also printing matter and watching TV.
Web site marketing is important but in some case paper marketing tools will works much better than the web site.
We had better use appropriate tools, and not only one type of marketing tools.
Now we live in a changing and constantly moving world.
We can learn much about new tools of communication day by day and year by year.
So there are many chances to have fun and be successful.
And music is a communication tool too.
I want to compose outstanding music to move the hearts of listeners.
And I want partake in happiness with all people who concern.
The life is made by the time.
The life is the time.
So I want to live and pursue my purpose in life.
And Toastmasters is one of the purposes of my life, to improve English speaking skills and leadership.
Let us live in the purpose of our life!
